When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, property type, requested timing, services you select, and anything you choose to include in your project description. We do not ask for payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use information
We use estimate-request information to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss an estimate, schedule or provide requested services, maintain customer-service records, prevent abuse of the form, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. We do not use an estimate request as permission to send unrelated marketing messages.
Text messages and phone calls
Submitting the form allows us to contact you by phone or email about the estimate you requested. Text messaging is optional and requires the separate text-message consent shown on the form. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Service providers and third parties
This site currently uses FormSubmit to transmit estimate requests by email. It also loads certain fonts from Google Fonts and image assets from the site's asset hosting service. Those providers may receive basic technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and request time, as needed to deliver their services. We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or website analytics trackers.
Sale and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information submitted through this website and do not use it for targeted advertising. If our practices change, this policy and any required privacy controls will be updated before the new use begins.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining customer and service records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be deleted or securely disposed of.

This website is intended for people seeking property-cleaning services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the estimate form.
