Submitting an estimate request through this website is free and does not create a payment obligation.
Payments
This website does not currently process customer payments. If you book a service, the applicable written estimate, invoice, work order, or service agreement will state the price and any payment terms.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Any cancellation fee, deposit treatment, rescheduling condition, or notice requirement that applies to a booked job will be disclosed in the service-specific terms before you agree. If no separate cancellation term applies, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a concern about completed work, contact us promptly. Refund requests are reviewed based on the accepted scope of work, work actually performed, payments received, and any applicable written service terms. Approved refunds are returned using a reasonable method, ordinarily the original payment method when available.
Recurring plans
Recurring cleaning plans are governed by the plan terms you accept, including frequency, pricing, renewal or continuation terms, and how to cancel. The website quote form alone does not enroll you in a recurring plan.
